  • Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics; only if consented)

  • CRM/support tools

  • Production partners for events and recordings

We may also disclose data where required by law (e.g., tax audits or lawful requests by authorities). Providers must keep data confidential and process it only to deliver their services.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including TLS/SSL, access controls, secure hosting, backups, and staff confidentiality. While no method is 100% secure, we follow recognised best practices to protect your information.

8. How long do we keep and store your Personal Data?

We keep Personal Data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or to meet legal obligations (e.g., tax and audit). When it is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
