In Nathan’s view, the psychedelic field in the western world, specifically The Netherlands and surrounding countries, seems to be split into two worlds: the neo shamanic, and the academic / clinical one. Each has its own language, its own rituals, its own gatekeepers.
But if our goal is to have a society where psychedelics are fully integrated and normalized, then we need to speak about the large space in between. The biggest group of people who aren’t interested in both worlds.
Join Nathan in an open conversation exploring:
- What language do we use to speak to the middle ground? and what skills?
- How can we make psychedelic experiences accessible, and how do we offer it?
- And maybe more important: is his perspective accurate or is he missing something?
