Settle in, close your eyes, and let sound do the rest. This guided journey begins with a short introduction, covering the basic elements of sound meditation along with simple listening and breathing techniques to help you drop into presence and let go of whirring thoughts. Thierry will then play live instruments for a full hour, layering tones, textures and silence into a direct, immersive experience that asks nothing of you but your attention. The session closes with 15 minutes for group integration, with space for open sharing, questions or comments.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Thierry is a Sound Meditation Facilitator who guides transformative experiences through sound, meditation, and expanded states of consciousness.
His journey began with the practice of Zen and Shamatha meditation, eventually leading him to discover the profound transformative power of sound—an experience that shaped his life’s calling. Over the past seven years, he has studied with Alexandre Tannous, completing more than 600 hours of specialized training, including Sound Facilitator Training. Throughout this journey, he has facilitated hundreds of sound meditation sessions across Mexico for individuals, groups, and organizations.
Thierry is a graduate of Vital’s Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy program, where he deepened his understanding of contemplative practices and expanded states of consciousness. He is currently pursuing a degree in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies (TAPS) in Mexico and is an active member of the Resonant Mind Collective, an international community of practitioners dedicated to the exploration and application of sound and consciousness.
His work also extends into the fields of art and research. He participated in the Museum of Consciousness exhibition with a live presentation exploring frequency and consciousness, and took part in a research expedition in the heart of Egypt investigating the relationship between sound, sacred spaces, and human consciousness.
In addition to his primary training, Thierry has studied with internationally recognized teachers including Josh Peck and Michael Harrison, a master of Raga vocal tradition. These studies have further enriched his practice by integrating ancient wisdom with contemporary approaches to sound, voice, and meditation.
