Peer Supervision Group

A space to learn from one another

Psychedelic-assisted work is an emerging field where accessible, high-quality supervision remains scarce, especially for practitioners operating outside traditional clinical settings. This peer supervision group provides a collaborative, non-hierarchical space to review cases, exchange constructive feedback, and support mutual professional growth.

Unlike traditional supervision, which relies on a single senior authority, peer supervision leverages the collective experience, wisdom, and diverse perspectives of all participants. In a space that is often stigmatized or misunderstood, coming together allows us to normalize honest conversation around the genuine complexities of integration and facilitation work.

Why this matters?

Ethical misconduct in psychedelic spaces often takes root in isolation, when practitioners lack a safe space to navigate uncertainty, unpack difficult cases, or be gently challenged. This group provides a grounded environment to debrief real facilitation and clinical work, steer collectively toward stronger ethics, and cultivate a shared practice that protects both practitioners and the people they serve.

We see this first group as a meaningful step toward ensuring more people in this field have access to the kind of supervision that shapes not only how we serve our clients, but how we understand ourselves as practitioners.

Who is this group for?

This group is open to both licensed and non-licensed individuals working in or around psychedelic-assisted therapy and facilitation. If you are actively engaged with clients and want a collaborative space to reflect on your practice, this group is for you.

group structure & Confidentiality

This peer supervision group runs across six sessions, held twice a month on Wednesdays for 1.5 hours each.

Confidentiality is central to our format; all participants agree to shared guidelines from the outset, and everything discussed stays within the group. Each session follows a clear structure where participants can present a case or topic, followed by open reflection and peer feedback.

This supervision runs across six sessions, meeting on Wednesdays at 19:00 CET for 90 minutes each. The sessions are scheduled from March to May 2027 on the following dates:

  • 17 March
  • 31 March
  • 14 April
  • 28 April
  • 12 May
  • 26 May
